Presentation of the Municipality of Laganas in Finnish language

The Municipality of Laganas was presented in the Finnish edition of the “Greece 09” magazine during Finland’s biggest travel exhibition Matka 2009.

The municipality’s promotion was deemed a success as all “Greece 09” copies were handed out almost immediately. According to estimates made by Finnish tour operators, some 180,000 to 200,000 Finns are expected to visit Greece this year.

The magazine, which featured the Municipality of Laganas, was handed out at top speed, as it was the only periodical in the Finnish language distributed from the stand of the Greek National Tourism Organization, something that was highly appreciated by the Finns who rushed to pick up copies.
